Full-Stack Content Creator Intern (Short-Form Verticals)

Content Creator Intern
The role
We’re looking for a full-stack creator who can ideate, script, shoot, edit, publish, and iterate short-form video across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts (and whatever pops next). This is a hands-on internship where you’ll own end-to-end content sprints and see your work go live weekly.
What you’ll do
Own the pipeline: research trends → pitch concepts → write snappy scripts → storyboard → shoot (phone or mirrorless) → edit → caption → publish → reply to comments → report results.
Hook craft: test 3–5 opening variants per idea; chase retention.
Edit rapidly: cuts, punch-ins, speed ramps, motion graphics, subtitles, meme overlays, and sound design tuned for mobile.
Repurpose long-form: mine podcasts, webinars, and interviews into high-retention clips with context baked in.
A/B everything: thumbnails, captions, CTAs, posting times; log results and iterate.
Channel ops: maintain content calendars, asset libraries, and naming conventions that don’t make future-you cry.
Collab: coordinate with talent, founders, and partners to schedule shoots and approvals.
Measure what matters: track view-through rate, average watch time, saves/shares, and completion; translate data into next-week tweaks.
You’ll thrive if you have
A tight portfolio of short-form verticals (links please) showing great hooks, pacing, and narrative clarity.
Working knowledge of story frameworks (AIDA, PAS, 3-act, problem → insight → payoff).
Editing fluency: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or Descript (AI captions a plus).
Comfort shooting on iPhone/Android or a Sony/Canon mirrorless, with basic lighting and audio (RØDE/Wireless GO, on-camera shotgun).
A habit of reading analytics and changing course without ego.
Clear, punchy writing for on-screen text and captions.
Reliable organization: calendars, checklists, and tidy project files.
Nice-to-haves
Motion graphics (After Effects), meme literacy, and sound design chops.
Experience turning long-form → micro-content with context bridges.
Basic design in Figma/Canva for covers and on-brand lower thirds.
Familiarity with AI-assist tools (auto-captions, transcription, cleanup, b-roll generation) used responsibly.
If we operate in a regulated space (finance/health), a nose for brand and compliance guardrails.
